CONSULTANT

Frontline Media Solutions is seeking motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic to provide representation for outdoor advertising including roadside or ground sign installation, sign walkers, and/or sign drivers. Work is semi-seasonal and performed mainly during the weekend. Job sites are local and national depending on your flexibility and place of residents. All positions are consultant relationship based.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a Pick-up truck, van, SUV, etc.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a mobile phone.
  • High School diploma.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Honest character.
  • Team Player.
  • Solid communication, people, and management skills.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and critical thinking for on-site problem resolution.
  • Must be willing to file W-9/1099 US tax status as an independently employed consultant.
  • Must be a US citizen or naturalized.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must have orienteering or map reading skills.
  • Must exude client confidentiality.
  • Must be able to commit to 3 – 4 month durations of work at one time.
  • No prior experience preferred.
SCHEDULE:

The following is a synopsis of the typical workload and schedule for a single location promotion. Multiple locations will increase workload and pay rate.

Thursday:
  • Receive assignment.
  • Make first contact with client.
  • Locate destination and plan travel arrangements.
  • Depart for job site.
  • Locate day labor force (if necessary).
Friday:
  • Arrive onsite and secure materials.
  • Plan installation strategy with a map; coordinate with manager.
  • Assemble all materials relative to promotion or maintain existing materials. (Build signs, sign walking sticks, and/or car toppers)
  • Confirm or finalize labor requirements.
  • Begin installation of ground signs. Time required for installation is 4 to 8 hrs.
  • Complete necessary documentation.
  • Check-in with consultant management.
Saturday / Sunday:
  • Check-in with the locations management for problem resolution or modifications to sign routing. This should be done several times daily.
  • Secure labor force and implement that phase of the promotion (Sign walkers or sign drivers). This portion of the promotion is usually a 5 to 6 hr. shift.
  • Complete sign walker/driver check-in forms.
  • Check sign route for any necessary maintenance.
  • Check on labor force to verify that promotion is as ordered. This should be done several times daily.
  • Meet with promotion manager for review of mandatory sign walker/driver check-in forms.
  • Collect labor force and disperse daily payroll.
  • Checkout with promotion manager for the day.
  • Obtain payment for services rendered (Sunday only).
  • Pickup signs (Sunday only).
  • Check-in with consultant management.
Monday:
  • Some Mondays require identical services as Sunday for Federal Holidays.
  • Travel.
  • Check-in with consultant management.
  • Overnight mail all payments received to accounting.
  • Send in all completed documentation for invoice reconciliation.
